Statement by GOP Congressional Candidate Jim Oberweis On The Tragic Yet Preventable Shooting At The Minnesota Catholic School:

“Another hate-filled transexual commits yet another mass shooting at yet another Catholic elementary school, murdering yet more of our innocent children.  On the first day of school. While at prayer.  In a church.  If this isn’t the definition of evil, what is?”

“I mean, when we were in high school in the 40’s, 50’s, 60’s, 70’s, or 80’s we can all remember rampaging transexuals shooting up our schools every week, right?  Don’t you remember all those transexuals shooting up schools during America’s Colonial Period?  And, of course, who could forget all the transexuals blasting-away in one-room schoolhouses as our forebears were settling the West?  Remember all that?”

“No, me either.”

“So, the hard question needs to be asked, ‘Why do we have this modern-day epidemic of transexuals committing murderous violence on our innocent school-aged children?’”

“I’m prepared to offer an answer:  The radical left in America has created a stewing, boiling cauldron of anti-social malcontents waiting to explode into violence, acting upon their radical indoctrination.  It doesn’t take a brain surgeon to recognize the propaganda spewing out of movies, television programs, advertising, social media and radicalized academic programs that present mentally-ill deviants as victims and innocent church-going Christian children as oppressors.  I, for one, am ready to call-out the Left’s scam, which has gone on for much too long, with too much innocent blood spilled in the name of their Left-wing social experiments.”

“Therefore, if elected to Congress, I will introduce legislation to do what has needed to be done for decades:

• I will write legislation to fund an honest study into the psychopathology of these Left-wing criminal deviants to arrive at the root causes of this suddenly-occurring, previously non-existent phenomenon. I predict the Democrats in Congress will oppose an honest investigation because they know, as I do, where the evidence will lead.

• I will introduce legislation called the “Clean Our Culture Act” to begin cleaning-up the cultural pollution that has made such tragic occurrences all too common, thanks to the decades of failed social experimenting by the Democrat Left.

• As England and other nations in Europe have already done, I will demand an immediate halt to the sexual mutilation of minors by the medical profession, dishonestly being referred to as “gender-affirming” care.

• I will recodify the law so that criminals found “guilty-but-insane” may still be sentenced to the death penalty. We live in a society where we have presidential assassins walking around scot-free today after nearly killing a U.S. President and permanently maiming members of his staff.  That is wrong!”

“It’s time we ended the molly-coddling of criminals.”

“As an office-seeker, it frankly embarrasses me that I find myself again having to offer my prayers and sincere condolences to innocent families for a crime that, in my opinion, didn’t have to happen.  If I become an elected official again, I will work hard to ensure these tragedies stop.  Sadly, some think that isn’t possible.  I assure you it is.  And I will invest my leadership in proving so.”
